Why now

Accessibility is becoming the expectation, not the extra.

EU Accessibility Act in force since June 2025
ADA enforcement rising across the US
Audiences and funders now expect real inclusion
Why partner with Tactus

Lead the room everyone remembers

2.58M

A community ready to show up

Millions of Deaf and hard of hearing people would come to live shows if they could feel the music. When your venue makes that possible, they come, they bring friends, and they come back.

$595M

Good for people, good for business

Welcoming Deaf and hard of hearing audiences adds up to roughly $595M in ticket sales across the industry each year. Doing right by your community and growing your audience are the same move.

A marketing and sponsorship moment

Accessible-first events earn real attention. We support with community outreach, social content, video capture, and press, a story that aligns naturally with partners who care about inclusion.

A show people remember

Give your audience, your community, and your artists a moment they won't stop talking about, and a reason to come back. Performers feel it too: playing to a fully included room is its own kind of magic.

The experience

Made to be enjoyed together

For many of our guests, this is the first time they've felt live music. It's a feeling they share with everyone else in the room, and the kind of night a crowd remembers.

“It feels like my soul is moving.”
“This makes me want to dance!”
“I can feel the rhythm and the vocals.”
“Helped me feel the beauty and joy of the music.”

FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything venues ask us, from what it costs to how far ahead to plan. Still wondering about something? A quick intro call is the fastest way to find out.

Tactus is built with and for the Deaf and hard of hearing community. Because it is about feeling music through your body rather than hearing it, it works across the whole spectrum, and hearing guests love it too, so it becomes something your whole audience can share.

No. Tactus connects to the audio you already send to your speakers and simply adds another output. No new infrastructure, no rewiring, nothing permanent.

We do. Our team handles setup, fits guests, and monitors throughout the event. Connecting the transmitter takes minutes, so your staff can stay focused on the show.

One transmitter reaches every vest within range, with no limit on the number of vests and a range of up to 500 meters. That covers an intimate hall through to a large outdoor amphitheater, and we scale the vests to your event.

Any live performance with sound, indoor or outdoor, from concerts and theater to festivals and ceremonies. If you can send us an audio feed, Tactus can deliver the experience.

No, and it is not meant to. Those carry words. Tactus carries the feeling of the music itself, which nothing else at a live show provides, so it sits alongside your other access services as a new layer of inclusion.

Absolutely. An accessible-first event earns real attention, and depending on the partnership we can support with social content, professional video capture, and press support. It aligns naturally with partners who care about innovation and inclusion.

The sooner the better, so we can plan around your event and have the right number of vests and staff in place. Even early-stage ideas are worth a conversation.
